well, after about a week with not much homework expect working on the 18 lines i have to memorize in Old English from Canterbury Tales, i have a good amount of work for the weekend: i have to recite the lines Monday or Tuesday, i have a government test Monday (and i think it's gonna be harder than the last 2, which i did good on), and i have to be able to write a verse and a saying for spanish sometime next week. and the musical opens like next week and i need to work on cues and volume and moves and stuff. and i also want to sale ads for yearbook and get some english final draft stuff over with. and email stuff.
we found out today that we can if we can read the Canterbury Tales thing perfectly, we can make an 82. if we memorize it perfectly to recite, we can make an 100. that's with NO mistakes like pronounction or pausing for a while or whatever. we can also recite some from memory and then read the rest, but it's minus X-points (1 or 4 points idk) for each line we have to read. i'm trying to get in all memorized, so that i feel like i accomplished something. but to do that, i have like 4 more lines to memorize. and i still stumble on some parts, which isn't good. and i don't pronunce some of it right (Old English...hmm yeah), and it's X-points (i think 1 points) for each misprouncation thing.
"i noticed records mailed out your acceptance letter this week...Congratulations! You are soon to be a Wildcat...I will mail you a housing form this afternoon..." -- email from my College Admissions Officer...looks like i'm moving on from a panther to a wildcat officially...now if i could only get out of that english lab (not so that i can get into theatre class...i want to, but i don't know if there's anyone i like to hang out with in that class....but because i'm NOT taking the test again if i'm in ACU! it's a waste of time to be in the class if i don't plan to take the test again lol)
mellyTPB: I COULD COME BACK AND WE COULD BE FRIENDS…i'll help you through your freshman year
^mel applied for a job back here (she's in denver right now)...recuiter for ACU or something...and i may see her in 1 month and 5 days! whoo hoo! :)
