Sept 8
before i talk about today, i'll say something about yesterday. our bible teacher/principal was joking with us--he let us out of class a few moments early and was like "be quiet in the lockerroom, i don't want the principal to get mad" lol. so today. this morning i had a dream that i was at a wedding or something and talked to beth and saw mel(?). i woke up kinda sad cause it made me miss them EVEN more (beth and mel are 2 good friends of mine who have graduated from college and have moved to different places away from here). but then i reminded myself that i was gonna be going to school and seeing my 2 fav teachers :) lol. so...school...
**CISBA - worksheets with jillian
**government - memory work and worksheet
**chapel/break
**english - reading of Beowulf. i don't really understand the story much cause of the language used, but i understood most of today lol
**bible - 3 girls went to some United Way thing, and the rest of us went to the school where we are gonna do BigBrothers/BigSisters Lunch Buddies to see how to get there and what to do what we got there. then we went back to school, and the teacher had to leave, so we had no class for like 20min. i hang out in the library with carrie and 2 boys (i did government homework), then chilled in the lockerroom with the class that was in there
**math apps - worked with jillian on worksheets
**lunch - carrie and billie decided to go to Chicken Express to get tea and i was the only one in the room at the time, so they intived me to join them...i don't really like tea but hilary-she doesn't really care much for tea either-and i went along "for the ride," eating in the car then we went back to school and i spend the rest of the lunch time in billie's room
**theatre aide - the class sat outside and read a play, and i followed along in the script
**spanish - don't like this class! it can be pretty hard! today we did some sentences with clothes, and play spanish bingo--bingo wasn't TOO bad. but anyways the class is pretty hard for me, but the teacher is pretty nice and is pretty helpful/understanding when i seem like i don't get it)
**english lab - we did verbal questions together...we are expected to get like a 21-or maybe it's 20 idk-on the actual test, and when i took it, that's the only subject i did really good on-i made a 24. but today, i didn't get any of the questions i was to answer right
**tonight--dinner at bueno (golden chick) with everyone then huddle: never run alone, you are NOT unloved, togetherness, Rick and Dick...one is us and one is God we need to run together, OHANA ... tonight's lesson was cool!
i got my progress report today, and i have all A's and B's right now! it's soooo awesome! i usually have 1-3 C's and i don't have ANY!
Yearbook - 100 (we haven't done much yet hehe)
Bible4 - 96
TheatreAide - 95 (the highest aides can get)
CISBA - 92
MathApps - 91
Spanish2 - 89 (this seems like my hardest class, and i almost have an A! lol)
English4 - 87
Gov/Econ - 84
English/Reading Lab - 80 (and my lowest grade is in a class that i can get out of after i make high enough scores on the ACT!)
