omg i hate this english/reading lab thingie. i'm still in it only because on the Reading part of my ACT scores, i made a 17, and i have to make a 20+ to get out of the lab (i did good on the rest of the test, except for that reading part). but from what i have read, ACU only really looks to see that you made a composite score of 20...i made a 21 for crying out loud! but NOOOOOO i have to be in the lab still. for stupid reading, which we aren't even working on, prob not for a while too! and if ACU just looks for the composite 20 score, i REALLY don't see a point in taking the ACT again...but NO i have to be in the lab anyway. so stupid. i don't even care too bad right now about getting out of the lab and getting into theatre. i don't think i really know many people in the theatre class, which would stink. and i'm happy that i'm an aide for a MWF class (i still have billie everyday! lol so it's cool. and i'm like in theatre...but not. lol it rocks and i love that MS theatre class lol). but i just really don't see a point in wasting my time in the english/reading lab if i'll prob get accepted into ACU and i really don't plan to take the ACT again if i can get into college. it's a waste of time. ugh. i have an english test tomorrow. over stupid Beowulf. i so don't understand Old English or whatever (lol) it's written in. i understand the main idea of the story, but prob not all the stuff that would be on the test :-/ i just want it to be 6:30 tonight so i can (at least try to) forget all this stupid english-related stuff and go be with my THEATRE friends at musical practice. we are learning the chorography for some songs tonight, including "Opening for a Princess" -- i LOVE that song. yea! it's so cool when you don't think you are a good singer but you love the songs you sing with the chrous in the musical, so you actually don't mind it. i love this music. i have listened to the CD like non-stop.
