Sept 15
today was pretty good. spanish was pretty much painless (we only did stuff for like 25min haha), all my other classes were pretty good, one of my fav teachers was our sub in ENGLISH...lol. i got to spin the money wheel for saleing for the maganize sale today (i sold like 6 to my own family lol)...i got $1 haha. in english lab, i got a lot of questions right for once lol. i had like no homework today! but i brought home stuff for spanish, like correcting a quiz (not to turn back in, for my purposes only). well, we got the scripts in for the musical (it's called Once Upon a Mattress, and tryouts are TOMORROW). i got to look through the script during lunch and theatre aide, and i'm excited. i LOVE being in plays, but i'm not much of a singer, and i don't like to have a big part, so i was kinda worried there wouldn't be any parts like that...but it looks like there's some parts that don't have any singing lines or they sing with a group (which i'm fine with) and have like one sentence lines every now and then or no lines at all...so it's all good! hopefully i'll get SOMETHING. i don't care WHAT, as long as i'm involved. i'm not too worried about getting in though lol. i'm planning to sing "Tomorrow" from Annie (mom joked that i should wear an Annie shirt haha hmm no). i'm not too good at singing, but oh well, i'm not TOO bad at that song (i think lol). but yeah, tryouts are tomorrow from like 5:30 till 7:00pm...before that, i have school from 8:00am till 3:40 then i'm going to someone's house to look at someone's daughter's wedding pictures with my mom and future sister-in-law tara (the daughter used the same colors in her wedding that tara wants to use)...the lady's house we are going to runs a daycare at her house, and i had her for a PE teacher in middle school...don't think i've seen her since middle school, so it should be fun. then if it's almost 5:30, i may do something before tryouts (the lady's house is nearby where tryouts are...so call me if you want to do something on the ACU side of town lol). well i guess that's it...bye!
this is funny! so THIS is why MrsG works us so hard on grammar! lol jk
The importance of punctuation...
Dear John,
I want a man who knows what love is all about. You are generous, kind, thoughtful. People who are not like you admit to being useless and inferior. You have ruined me for other men. I yearn for you. I have no feelings whatsoever when we're apart. I can forever be happy -- will you let me be yours?
Jane
